How to sign up for Class

So, if you are ready for the challenge,  follow the steps listed below and you will be on your way!

1. Click here to complete the                                  . If your responses on  the medical portion of the student folder indicate , a doctors approval may be necessary prior to training. This form must be filled out and E mailed to christine@scubasteves.com or gary@scubasteves.com prior to signing up and paying for the class

2.  Come by the shop at 2525 E.Fifth St. Tyler TX 75701 and Pay for your class. If you are outside of the area we can take payment through Venmo. @scubasteves  ( Christine Menard ) 



3. Use this quick link             to create your profile with NAUI.   

4. Send a text to 903-216-1811 with your name and email address you used to create your profile​

Once I receive this information, you will receive an email from me with your  NAUI code to activate the E-Learning. Please add the following info when you activate your e learning code.
